Twenty percent of your total contracted exhibit space payment is due Friday, January 20th. If you're considering downgrading or canceling you will need to send notice to National Trade Productions IN WRITING prior to this date to avoid being liable for 20% of your contracted exhibit space payment. Please note this important clause from your executed contract:
Section 5:
Item C: FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT BY SAID PAYMENT DEADLINES DOES NOT RELEASE THE EXHIBITOR FROM CONTRACTUAL OR FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. Exhibitors will be liable for any collection expenses, including reasonable Attorney's fees; "reasonable" to be construed as not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of all other moneys determined to be owed by the Exhibitor.
