We have been made aware of other companies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book services through their company at supposedly significant discounts. DEMA Show has NO affiliation with these companies. If you receive correspondence from a nonauthorized contractor or vendor, please notify DEMA Show Management at 703-706-8200 or [email protected] immediately with a copy of the correspondence.

DEMA Expands Disaster Assistance Program to Aid Those Impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma & Maria
The DEMA Board of Directors has approved the expansion of the Disaster Assistance Program to assist DEMA-Member Show Exhibitors and Buyers impacted by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria in an effort to help them exhibit at and attend DEMA Show 2017.
The Expo Group Offers Assistance to Exhibitors Impacted by Recent Hurricanes
The Expo Group is providing assistance alongside DEMA to exhibitors impacted by recent devastating hurricanes. Exhibitors who qualify for the DEMA disaster assistance fund would be eligible for this additional relief on direct exhibit services. The Expo Group is offering a 5% cost reduction (up to $400) to each qualifying exhibitor on standard furniture, carpeting, labor and material handling.
