Beware of DEMA Show Housing & List Pirates
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of DEMA Show 2018. DEMA Show 2018 housing is not yet open. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you or your company to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. DEMA Show has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services. Click through to learn more and view a list of companies to watch out for.
It has also come to our attention that some organizations are sending solicitations to various entities in the dive industry, purporting to supply the DEMA Show 2017 Attendees List. Please be advised that the list is proprietary and confidential, and is only available to DEMA Members pursuant to a contract that requires that the list remains confidential. It is not for sale and may not be sold without violating that contract. Click through for information on obtaining the list of attendees from CompuSystems or to buy the complete list from DEMA.
Stay Updated on the Latest Floor Plan Changes
As the DEMA Show floor continues to sell, booth configurations change the overall look and flow of the floor plan. Make sure you are aware of the booths around you. Ensure your 2018 booth design and layout are maximized for your space.
FAQs About the DEMA Show Magnet Program
Taking advantage of the fact that trade show sales floors function similarly to "shopping malls" (which place attractive stores in specified areas), the Magnet Program places interested DEMA Member Exhibitors in strategic, pre-determined locations around the DEMA Show floor, using incentives to encourage qualified exhibitors to participate. Like a shopping mall, DEMA's Magnet Zones and Magnet Exhibitors help direct show floor traffic flow and benefit all Exhibitors.
