This is a new facility - if your GPS has trouble finding it, use the Central BBQ address (4375 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122). You have to drive through the Central BBQ parking lot to get to Avon Acres.

The East Stadium Club faces the interstate and the parking lots. Curbside parking places are available on the street in front of the Stadium Club entrance. On Tuesday night we will have valet attendants to help you unload and haul everything to the show floor. Once you have unloaded, please be courteous and move your vehicle to the parking lot so others can unload. The valet attendants will also be available for move-out. Please be aware of Nissan Stadium's safety policy which now requires them to check bags for all events, including ours. They will be checking purses and bags on the day of the show, so please be aware of the items they prohibit. 

Chattanooga:

We'll be in the hotel ballroom which is at the rear of the hotel. Although you can come through the lobby, it's not the most convenient way to load and unload. Look for our signs at the side and rear of the hotel for the entrances with easiest access to the show floor.

All three shows are end-buyer shows. Please assume that you are always talking to an end-buyer. The badges are clearly marked either "Distributor" or "Client." Make sure that everything in your booth is appropriate for end-buyers - no business cards, line sheets, coded pricing only.

Also, please be familiar with our policy for conduct at all PPAMS Tradeshows.

If you reserved a lead retrieval device, please pick it up at the registration desk on the morning of the first show you attend. Turn it back in after your final show. Or, you can use your own iPhone, iPad or Android device. Click here for instructions on installing the app on your device.

All end-buyers will have clipboards and lead sheets. They will turn their sheets into the registration desk or their distributor before they leave. If they are interested in something you have, please help provide them with the information they need to give their distributor. We'll also give you a few lead sheets for "hot" leads that you want to keep a record of.

We know how everyone likes to plan their meals...

MEMPHIS: Complimentary coffee and drinks. A Square Meal on Wheels food truck will be onsite for anyone who wants to purchase lunch.

NASHVILLE: Complimentary coffee at the registration desk when you arrive. Water and tea will be available on the show floor all day. A concession stand will be open in the Stadium Club for your convenience. The concession stand will be serving hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn, nachos w/cheese, candy, soda, and beer.

CHATTANOOGA: Those of you staying at the hotel can enjoy the Manager's Reception on Wednesday afternoon and the breakfast on Thursday morning. Complimentary coffee, water and tea will be available on the show floor. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located in the hotel and will be open for lunch and dinner.
