Join the best and the brightest Buckeyes for an INNOVATE-O-thon externship: an internship over a weekend! Our externship program gives you the opportunity to participate in real business workshops, work with a Fortune 500 company (Black+Decker), and  put a nice touch on your resume  before the Career Fair. The Aspiration for Women's Advancement and Retention in Engineering and Science (AWARES) program aims to equip women engineering students with necessary social skills for a smooth transition to work place and a successful career in the engineering professions.Through individual mentorship and a 25 week curriculum taking place over two semesters, students improve their soft skills, expand their knowledge of the fields of engineering and STEM, and build confidence.
