April 18th – Site Tour
The site tour will be at the College of Dentistry Building at Postle Hall, which is currently undergoing a $95 Million renovation and addition to the existing building. We will do networking at 5:30 PM and the presentation will start at 6:00 PM and go until 7:00 PM.
OSU CSM Industry Advisory Council Spring Networking Event
Monday, April 16, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., The Grand Event Center
All CSM students are invited to the OSU CSM IAC Spring Networking Event! This is a great opportunity for CSM students to gain awareness of and network with different companies. The event is hosted by Pepper Construction, Falcon Precast, and the OSU CSM Industry Advisory Council Industry Interaction Committee. RSVPs are required and must be submitted by Friday, April 13th! ASABE Club Paintball Trip
Saturday, April 21, 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 103 Ag Engineering

FABE Undergraduate Technical and Research Position
Undergraduate technical and research position available working with Dr. Larry Brown starting second half of spring semester and for the summer. Projects focus on drainage water management demonstration and applied research projects at Waterman Lab and several Northwest Ohio Counties. Specific project components include wood-chip bioreactors for nitrate and phosphate filters to treat agricultural drainage waters; setting up monitoring equipment, collecting water samples, etc. Possibilities for more than one student. Please contact Dr. Brown (Office is 214) at  brown.59@osu.edu  or 614-292-3826.
Molly Caren Agricultural Center/Farm Science Review Student Employment Opportunities
The Farm Science Review is looking fill summer student positions and continuation of work into the Fall Semester.

Farm Position Description:
Operation of equipment including tractors, mowers and hand tools; Maintain grounds and field crops; Minor maintenance (preventative and repairing) of buildings and equipment; Assist with the set-up and tear down of Farm Science Review; Ability to work in team environment.

Scholarships:
Ohio EPA Scholarships
Applications Due April 15, 2018
These merit based, nonrenewable, scholarships will be given to undergraduate students admitted to Ohio state or private colleges and universities who can demonstrate their knowledge and commitment to careers in environmental sciences or environmental engineering.  Students must be entering the final year of the program. Scholarships may be used for tuition, fees, books, personal protection equipment, tools, instruments and field equipment but not housing.

T h u r sday, April 5 , 201 8 – 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Battelle invites diversity STEM undergraduate students from Ohio State University to polish their job interview skills. 3rd Annual ASA DataFest
ASA DataFest @ OSU is a collaborative, 26-hour long competition in which students compete in teams of 2-5 to draw insights from a dataset provided by the American Statistical Association. Students from all majors and ranks are welcome to participate. All participating team members must be currently enrolled undergraduate students at Ohio State. Apply for the President's Prize!
If you could change one thing in this world, what would it be? The President’s Prize is the highest recognition Ohio State bestows on undergraduate students committed to social change, providing two graduating seniors the crucial connections and financial support they need to advance innovative ideas for change in their first year after graduation. Round one applications are open now and due by Friday (7/13). In-person and online information sessions will be held in April, May and June.
