It’s that time of the year in the cycle of the floor covering business that finds many of our members either preparing for—or contending with—the busy summer and early fall season. I’m sure that you are working hard to secure an adequate number of qualified installers to handle your projects while working diligently to hold onto your current installer base. I want to take a moment to pause from the daily business of getting our jobs completed and reflect on the exciting FCICA Convention 2018 held in Biloxi, MS, this past March.
