A new year brings exciting challenges for our new business. This fresh start is an opportunity to make this year the best yet. I am looking forward to seeing the communities regularly and being actively involved with the onsite teams. We have many new and exciting developments in place this year that create opportunities for employee advancement and portfolio growth. Our Core Values
Members of our leadership team came together in October to Corolla, North Carolina where they spent three days bonding and creating the company's core values and mission statement. Each core value was given intense thought to the effects it has on our employees and our business. What we found was that these core values embraced everything that lived inside of each of our employees in the way they feel about our company and the way they do business every day. In every community, these core values are proudly displayed for all to see.

Company Holiday Celebration
Company employees from across our portfolios gathered in the luxurious Hilton Hotel Virginia Beach Oceanfront to celebrate the holiday season and a successful 2013. Attendees enjoyed cocktail hour, a catered dinner, and live entertainment. Six prestigious awards were presented to the top performers and two special company videos were shared for the first time. It was a fun evening had by all!
