February is flying by and we are trying to check things off the project list to be prepared for another tourist season here in the Finger Lakes. Not to worry, however, the stills continue to crank out great FLD spirits!

Jared and I recently attended the American Craft Spirits Association conference in Nashville, TN. Of course, we had to incorporate some distillery visits while we were down South and had an opportunity to visit Jack Daniels, George Dickel, Corsair and Nelson Green Briar. I remember attending my first craft distilling conference in 2007, and there were less than 100 people in attendance...there were close to 1,000 in Nashville, showing how fast this industry has grown.

We hope you're enjoying our video series, and by the response we're getting on social media, that is definitely the case. Our last video,  Choices, received almost 12,000 views on Facebook, and we're pleased to release the next in the series below.
