Project Update
Pueblo of Acoma CM/GC
FNF is the CM/GC for the Pueblo of Acoma, NM constructing a suite of infrastructure projects in varying stages of design with a variety of funding sources. The top left image shows a project that FNF completed under this CM/GC contract building the Riconado Bridge. FNF recently completed paving Pinsbaari Drive and constructing a box culvert at Stockyard Road (bottom image). The CM/GC delivery method allowed the Pueblo of Acoma to maximize the use of their funds while also quickly completing projects. The timeline from design to project completion was just a matter of a few months. FNF’s CM/GC contract with the Pueblo of Acoma in New Mexico was featured in Public Roads Winter 2018 issue, stating “The Pueblo of Acoma achieved $1.15 million in cost savings out of a $6.9 million budget. Stretching this budget through smart engineering and innovations resulted in additional projects”.
