Legal Shred, the identity protection company, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Glen Cove-based Stay Green Shredding.
The acquisition will cement Legal Shred's position as the area's leading provider in document destruction.

Through this acquisition, Legal Shred will now expand its presence to customers and businesses in Long Island, New York.
