By request, IACAA is offering a Summer session of the Leadership Training, June 1-2 at Illinois Wesleyan University

The Leadership Seminar is a 2-day experiential seminar designed to improve the organizational leadership and management competency of CAA management.
Why Should You Attend?
Management teams will be able to use the principles discussed to strategize on issues at the organization.
New emerging leaders will be exposed to management and organizational concepts that they will need to understand to grow in the agency.
New executive directors will be equipped with tools to use in their new role in the Community Action world and will be provided with the space to share and learn from other directors.
Seasoned executive directors will sharpen their tools for engaging staff and other stakeholders; It is always good when there is a seasoned director that can provide wisdom to management staff that do not have to make the decisions that executives must make.
