Every Wednesday, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Join us for a gentle yoga class inspired by the cycles and wisdom of nature.
This class will help you gain flexibility and build strength in preparation for -- or in recovery from -- childbirth, aid in tension relief, and promote deep relaxation.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
