Yoga Wednesdays!
Yoga for Pregnant Women & New Moms       
Every Wednesday, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.
 
Join us for a gentle yoga class inspired by the cycles and wisdom of nature.
This class will help you gain flexibility and build strength in preparation for -- or in recovery from -- childbirth, aid in tension relief, and promote deep relaxation.  Space is limited to 12 participants.

Volunteer Opportunity
  
Join us as a breakfast volunteer at the United Way Early Learning Center at Ramirez Thomas Elementary School.  We are looking for help on week days from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. 
  
Lunchtime is the best time to hear all about a four-year old's day.  Help out as a lunchtime volunteer at the United Way Early Learning Center at Aspen.  Lunchtime helpers are needed on week days from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m.
