2019 Conference, Workshops, and Exhibitions
Conference : Plans for our 2019 event at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR are progressing well. Details and logistics are being organized with the University Conference Services and with the School of Art and Design. We are also working on the plenary program and speakers plus planning for all our usual activities including; the live & silent auctions, the instant gallery, the vendors room, the pin swap, closing dinner, etc.

Workshops : The planning committee is busy completing the workshop line-up and here are a few of the instructors who are committed so far; Gillie Hoyt Byrom, Sarah Perkins, Aurelie Guillaume, Heejoo Kim, Judy Stone, Sharon Massey, Anne Havel, Marissa Saneholtz and Kathleen Wilcox. As we get the workshop topics and studio needs identified we will begin to figure out which workshops will go in which of the Art department spaces.

Exhibitions : The call is already out for “ Alliance – Reliance ,” the collaborative exhibition to be shown and auctioned, during the 2019 Conference in Oregon. Follow this link to enter! Next will be Alchemy5 and the call for that exhibition will be finalized in the next couple of weeks – you will be hearing a lot more about that soon.

The Enamelist Society - Special Workshop Series

At this point in time there are only a few spaces left in John Killmaster’s workshops – check here to take advantage of this chance to learn from a guru. In addition, Linda Darty, John Killmaster, Jessica Calderwood, Marissa Saneholtz and Tom Ellis will be giving enrichment presentations in the evenings during the workshops – not to be missed!

Additionally, we are planning to continue offering these special workshops series in different geographical regions in both 2019 and 2020. Stay tuned for more information.
