INJURY PREVENTION AND SPORT PERFORMANCE FOR THE HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE

Athletes will participate in this one hour workshop to learn basic principles and practices of injury prevention exercise and sport specific training as it pertains to their individual movement patterns and specific sport. FREE to Members and non-members. Register at the Customer Service Desk.

BECOME A SPINNING INSTRUCTOR

This comprehensive live training day will certify you as a Spinning Instructor and allow you to lead your own classes.

GROUP FITNESS
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get all the benefits of personal training with the extra motivation of working out in a group. Our small group training programs are 5-week progressive fitness programs conducted with 4-6 members. Trainers will set goals and track progress helping you reach higher and achieve more.

This TRX Rip Trainer-based session incorporates TRX, body weight, and core exercises. Strengthen your core, improve rotational power, and increase cardiovascular fitness to get more out of training and life.

DEVELOP A WORKOUT HABIT
Whether you are starting a new fitness habit or trying to get back into your routine, try these tips to get you going:

  • Put your workout on the calendar. Set a date with yourself for your workout and make a commitment to stick with it.

  • Set a Mindset for success. Check in on your goals to make sure they are realistic and achievable. 

  • Have a plan. You will feel more successful and get more out of your routine if you set your intention for your workout before you get to the gym. 

Put on your sneakers and get to the club!
