I am sending this out as a reminder that the 4^th Annual Man v. Machine DWI Seminar is drawing near.  The date is November 3, Election Day so Court is closed!  Registration will be closing soon so I suggest you register soon if you wish to attend. 

  

This year I am excited to tell you that the day will be filled with great presenters who will address blood tests, breath tests and how to get the discovery you want and need to handle a DWI case in New York. 

  

The lecturers include myself, Eric Sills, (who will be presenting a review of the DWI cases that have been handed down by the Court of Appeals and Appellate Divisions in the past year), Tom Workman (who will be lecturing on the basics of breath testing), Adam Perlmutter (who will be lecturing on using FOIL to collect discovery) and a panel of National College of DUI  Attorneys, who will be doing a sample  cross of a breath test operator.
