It's a healthy living initiative with real doable, expert advice, tips, resources and motivation supported by Mankato Clinic and Tom Rath's Book, Eat Move Sleep.  

Multiple copies of Tom Rath's book Eat Move Sleep as well as the companion book The Rechargeables  are available now for check out that library.

Bedtime Buddy Storytime and Sleepover

There's still time to sign up!  

Have you ever wondered what happens at the library when it’s closed? Sign up your bedtime buddy for a sleepover on Friday, January 15, at 6:30 p.m.!  On Friday, drop off your bedtime buddy at the library for a storytime and bedtime snack.  On Saturday, pick up your buddy and enjoy a slide show and a light breakfast!  Local author, Sandy Walsh,  will read from her newly published book, Gift of the Monkey Pajamas . Children will not sleep at the library.  Only bedtime buddies are allowed!
