Adult Coloring Class
Beginning Thursday, September 8 supplies will be set out on tables for adults and young adults to use anytime after 5:00 p.m. We'll experiment with which days/times of the week work best. We'll provide relaxing music, coloring, and as it cools off we'll have hot beverages and turn on the fireplace.

Saturday, Sept. 24

Begininng at 10:00 a.m. genealogy expert Mollly Schweinfurter will present a "Beginner's Session on Genealogy and Family History Research" in the library meeting room. No sign up is required and there is no class size limit. This part of the program is from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

At 1:00 p.m., Molly will help you explore many helpful websites related to family history searching with special emphasis on sites related to Minnesota. This class will take place on the patron computers in the library. Registration for the class is required and is limited to the first 10 registrants.  Sign up by clicking here.

Both classes are FREE and made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.

Weekly storytimes resume this week! Storytimes follow the local school calendar.  Geared toward toddlers and preschoolers, you'll find a little bit of everything - stories, movement, songs, puppets, crafts, writing and play!

We'll have storytime, crafts, activities and snacks! 

Activities will be suitable for children ages 5 and up, but make sure a Big Friendly Grown-up is present!
