Make sure to check your Exam Schedule on SOLUS

The Winter 2018 Term Exam Schedule is posted in the SOLUS Student Centre.

1. On your SOLUS main page, under the "Academics" section, click on the "other academic..." dropdown menu.

2. "Exam Schedule" will be the 11th menu item listed. Click on it, then click on the "Go" icon;

3. From this screen, you will be able to view your Exam Timetable listing any centrally scheduled exam sittings;

4. Students with accommodations must refer to the email(s) sent from the Exams Office (by the last day of class) with the details for date, time, and location of their exam(s)

Make sure that you have the right calculator

Please don't forget that only calculators from the Cassio 991 series are permitted during exams. No other calculators will be allowed.

We wish you all the best on your exams!
Hoping to change sections of your full-year course(s)? Here's what you need to know!
Not all full-year courses allow section changes in January. To see if you can switch sections in a full-year course, you will need to go to the department offering the course. If they allow the section change, they will make the change for you.
Do NOT attempt to change sections yourself on SOLUS. If you accidentally drop the course while trying to change sections, you will not be able to re-add it on SOLUS.
SSHRC Storytellers Contest
SSHRC is launching its annual Storytellers contest ! SSHRC is once again challenging postsecondary students to show Canadians how social sciences and humanities research affects our lives, our world and our future.
The contest is open to all graduate and undergraduate students enrolled at Canadian postsecondary institutions. Their task is to tell, in three minutes or 300 words, the story of a SSHRC-funded research project -- their own or a professor's. Each year, SSHRC selects 25 finalists, who receive a $3,000 cash prize and specialized research communications training.
