Thank you Mr. Rivera for your years of  dedicated service to the Burlington Township Community!

Israel "Izzy" Rivera is a man who loves Burlington Township.  He is a man who has dedicated thousands of hours to BT.  The Board of Education accepted the resignation of Mr. Rivera after 17+ years of service to the Burlington Township Community during the November Board meeting. Former Board members, administrators, families, students, and community members attended the board meeting to honor a man who truly loves BT and is the epitome of Falcon Pride. Mr. Rivera has always been the biggest cheerleader for Burlington Township and a huge supporter of the arts in our District. Thank you Mr. Rivera for your dedicated service to the children, staff, and members of the BT community.

Falcon Parent & Community University Series - NCAA: Preparing for Academic and Athletic Success

The Burlington Township High School  guidance department and athletic department recently hosted the Falcon Parent & Community Workshop - NCAA: Preparing for Academic and Athletic Success.

If you missed this Parent University, you missed a great session with Scott C. Walker, Director of Academic Support Services for Student Athletes at Rutgers University. Students and parents had an opportunity to learn important information to help them prepare for the student athlete life at the collegiate level. There was also an opportunity to ask questions to professionals in the field. The event was well attended and we would like to extend our great appreciation to Scott C. Walker of Rutgers University and BT's very own Alec Golini for working together to provide an excellent workshop to our students and families. It was wonderful hearing from our alumni and current students about next level sports.
