What are today's trends in youth sp orts? Aspen Institutes' 2016 State of Play reports that "g irls were less active to a healthy level than boys, but the strongest differentiator was family income. Only one in five children 6 to 12 years old from homes with less than $25,000 in income reached that mark; and while activity levels were higher for youth ages 13 to 17 (27.5%), the gap widens between them and kids from the wealthiest homes, those with $100,000 or more in income (45.5%)."
The following businesses and organizations also contributed invaluable equipment support to our teams this season; New Balance, Good Sports, Commonwealth Motors, Everyone's A Player, Dream Big, Masconomet Regional High School Soccer Program, Kleats 4 Kids & Phil Tait Soccer 1-on-1.
