THINGS TO DO!!!
THINGS TO DO TO MAKE THIS THE GREATEST FALL FESTIVAL:
  • Sign up for your required 2 hour volunteer shift.
  • WE NEED CONFETTI EGGS, SILLY STRING, AND CAKES. Purchase your Fall Festival combo. If you don't want to buy the combo, you can still donate 2 cakes of your choice, a can of silly string and a carton of confetti eggs if you would like! There is a box in the main hallway waiting for your silly string and egg donations and cakes can be dropped off on October 6th and 7th)
  • Enter the cake decorating contest! It's free and you have a chance to win Fall Festival tickets.
  • Buy your telegrams: we have a cookie gram/ice cream gram/teacher gram/priest gram/and NEW class gram for the entire class. Parents, your child will be looking forward to receiving that special gram from you!!
  • Buy your $70 of raffle tickets. Don't forget all of your children will come out of uniform on Monday, October 9 and you will get 4 free meals the day of the festival.
  • 6th, 7th & 8th graders sign up for 3 on 3 Basketball fun.

The Fall Festival Countdown is on! This year we have over 250 shifts to fill. Please remember each family is required to volunteer (1) two hour slot. Click here to sign up today! 

Do you want to volunteer at the Haunted House - Nightmare Factory? 
Do your Nolan students want to earn service hours?  Please click here to sign up to help in the new and improved scary haunted house (in our school cafeteria). 

Safe Environment Training (Safe and Sacred) must be up to date for anyone volunteering at the Fall Festival. Please email Lisa Harrington to start the process.
TICKET PRESALE

Although you can buy tickets the day of the festival, you can get bonus tickets with an advance purchase. Buy your booth tickets early and save money. Most game booths charge 1-4 tickets for each game activity. Some other booths, such as food booths, charge more. 

You will have the opportunity to purchase advance tickets on these days at the front of school. Fall Festival Food & Game tickets pre-sale will be available October 4th, 5th, 6th from 2:15pm - 3:30pm. Bonus tickets with each purchase! You can pickup after school or at the festival ticket booth. All food & game booths require tickets. Credit Cards accepted. 

Fall Festival 2017 Pre-Sale Ticket Rates: 

$10.00 = 20 tickets plus 2 free tickets = $11.00 worth of tickets
$25.00 = 50 tickets plus 10 free tickets = $30.00 worth of tickets
$50.00 = 100 tickets plus 25 free tickets = $62.50 worth of tickets $100.00 = 200 tickets plus 55 free tickets = $127.50 worth of tickets

Every year we ask that each family donate 2 cakes, 1 dozen confetti eggs and 3 cans of silly string for the Fall Festival. If you would rather us do the shopping for you, please click here to fill out the Fall Festival Combo form.

          For just $30, we will get the 2 Cakes, the Confetti Eggs 
and the Silly String for your family!

For just $10, we will get the Confetti Eggs and Silly String for your family and you can bring your own Fabulous Cakes!

If you would like to buy your own Silly String, there is a box in the front hall for Silly String donations.

CAKE DECORATING CONTEST
Bring in your best cake design and show your friends how talented your are! These will be given out as specialty cake prizes during the cake walk. 
1st place prize:  $25 in Fall Festival tickets.
2nd place prize: $15 in Fall Festival tickets.
3rd place prize:  $15 in Fall Festival tickets.

Cakes will be judged Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 10:00am. 

Attach this entry form to your cake and drop off for the contest on:   
Saturday, October 7, between 10:00am and 5:00pm 
Sunday, October 8, before 9:30am

TELEGRAMS, TELEGRAMS, TELEGRAMS!!
Telegrams are a fun way to send a message to someone special: your children, their friends, teachers, coaches and the SAS staff. with several telegrams to choose from, you may send as many telegrams to as many people as you want. Parents, be sure to send one to your own child while they are busy sending them to there teachers and friends!

It's easy:
  1. Choose the type of telegram you want to send.
  2. Write a friendly message.
  3. Return completed telegrams with correct payment (cash or check) to the school.
  4. Turn in or purchase telegrams at the Telegram Booth the day of the Fall Festival. Telegrams will be delivered to your student within 2 weeks of the festival.

Team Entry Form: Please fill out the attached form and waiver and return, with entry fee, to the SAS office.
Team Entry Fee: $60.00 (one check per team)

We have some very talented 7th grade artists. Mrs. Rasberry guided the boys as they made poster to advertise the Fall Festival. Very impressive!!!










ARE YOU NEW TO SAS?
The Fall Festival is a wonderful family day, and will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017.  There are game booths, food booths, entertainment, dinner served in the gym, 3 on 3 basketball and much, much more!  There are booths and games for all ages, making this a true family event.
