Hello Parents!
We are so excited for this year's upcoming festival! We will have many of the Fall Festival favorites of years past, like the famous Cake Walk, with the addition of some new booths and activities. Food this year will include hamburgers, hot do gs, pulled pork, nachos, ice cream and as always, the lemonade stand.   We need your support to make this year a success. Please read the information below about some of the ways you can assist with the Fall Festival. All sign ups and other forms can be found on Transparent Classroom by logging into your account: from the Home page choose All Pages, then click on Fall Festival 2017 all the information regarding event.

Sponsorships
Any family, parent or business can purchase a $50 Sun Grove Fall Festival sponsorship.  Purchasing a sponsorship is a wonderful way to advertise your business.  Festival sponsors will be acknowledged on banner at this years event!

You can sign up online HERE, To view/print/return banner information form click  HERE  or on the image to the left.  
Complete the form and return it with payment to the office. Please make all checks payable to Sun Grove Montessori School B anner sponsorship's do not  count towards parent fundraising hours.

All completed sponsorship forms are due by October 18th!
Tickets
Soon, students will be sent home with 50 advance sale festival tickets. These tickets are used at the Fall Festival game booths, activities tables, and food stands. 

Advance sale price is 50 tickets for $40. Advance tickets allow you 10 free tickets! The Advance Sale Ticket discount ends October 27th. The day of the event tickets will cost $1 per ticket. Please send in advance ticket money or just return the ticket bag if you are unable to attend or purchase the tickets. 

In an effort to save trees, time, and running out to purchase more ticket rolls: Any tickets not returned or purchased by October 20th will be billed to your student account. If you would like to purchase additional advance tickets (50 for $40) please contact the office.
Food Donations & Volunteering
Food & Supply Donation: 
Families can donate food items in exchange for fund-raising hours. To see what items still need to be donated, visit the Fall Festival page on Transparent Classroom or click on the link on the following link:  Supply & Donation Sign Up

Work Donations: 
Parent hours can be filled by signing up for a 3 hour shift. Work shifts include helping at the following booths: collecting tickets, food, crafts, games, inflatables and set up and break down. Can't Make it to the event but still want to help?
There are several items needed just for the day of the event. Check out the list and see if you have anything you can donate for a day. Check the Fall Festival page on Transparent Classroom or click on the following link:

Volunteer Reminder: 
For everyone's safety, please make arrangements for another adult to accompany your children (infants included) while you work your shift.

Tracking hours for food donations: 
If you are donating food and wish to receive fund raising hours (1 hour = $40) please turn your receipts, with your name/event written on the top, into the office so the hours can be documented. 
Cake Walk Donations
Each Sun Grove family is being asked to donate 1 baked good for the cake walk. We would love to see Fall themed treats. Baked goods should be packaged in the following quantities: 
1 dozen cupcakes 
1 cake or pie 
2 dozen  cookies 
1 dozen brownies 

Please put these items in containers that are ready to be given away at the cake walk. You will not receive your container back, all left over items will be auctioned off at the end of the event.
