It is Personal!
One of the first tasks I was given in my new role at EHM, was to write the opening for the Spring newsletter. When I submitted it to Peter, it was returned as “it wasn’t personal”. For the next few days, I carefully watched EHM’s service in action.
The personal nature of the relationships, both new and established, between the entire EHM Crew and each of you quickly became evident. When Don, James & Dave ask every customer where and with whom they boat, their primary goal is to find the right boat for you. As I watched the entire service team delay new boat deliveries, move launched boats, and haul out boats just days after launching due to unpredictable high water levels, their actions showed their commitment to each of you. In turn, when Jim writes online that “you have a great Crew, it’s been a wonderful experience”, Wayne adds “thanks for the amazing customer service”, and Gary states that “the service I received was second to none”, the favorable results of EHM’s service are experienced.
With a customer-focused strategy from Scott & Peter, the entire Crew works together to take care of you and your boating needs. In doing so, I witnessed the personal approach to EHM’s service and how it has contributed to success for over 125 years.
EHM’s customer service is personal, and in spite of the unpredictability in life (and weather), you can always count on it.

Building #2 at ParkStor to be Completed this September
|

With the construction of Building #2 to be completed in September, we now offer 45,000 sq. ft. of heated indoor winter boat storage for boats up to 48’. Storage at ParkStor includes many benefits such as a secure location, climate-control, less wear and tear on your canvas, and higher potential trade-in values. In addition, heated storage allows us to perform more of your refurbish work, and preventative maintenance all winter so that your boat looks and runs its best for Spring 2018.
