Connecting the voice and complete engagement of the body to communicate not only the text but the sub-text, relationships and environment.

THE CORE (Technique/Intro to Scene Study)
Wednesdays, Oct 3 - Nov 21 (28), 6:30 -9:30 pm
Building a character, script analysis, moment to moment work, partnered scenes in an Intense 8-week class (pre-requisite to Scene Study).

We work multiple scripts on the PrompTer during this workshop, plus tips and tricks to make this piece of equipment work for you!

The workout that includes making choices with copy and re-directs on copy. For experienced, auditioning or voice over actors with an agent.

STANDARD BRITISH DIALECT
Polish up your British dialect skills for the stage and screen! This one only comes once a year, so don't miss it!

The weekday classes cover the full range of the business from Auditions to Voice Over and everything in-between. New scripts every year. If you have an agent, you should be in class keeping your skills fresh. If you don't yet have an agent, but wish to take that next step, these are the classes for you!

HEIDI JOY shot her scenes for the feature "Day of the White Lotus." KELLY NICOLE stars in "Souless", which will premiere at the Jerome Film Festival. PHUONG KNYUGEN KUBACKI booked a feature film opposite Dean Cain. "The Secret Life of Teachers" (JUDITH EISENBERG and AARON SEEVER) is an official selection of the Ojai Short Film Festival. GIANNA FINOCCHIARO booked a short film called "Sidetrack."
TV/Web: HAYDEN DOMENICO shot a web series called "Nuclear Family."
Commercials: ALAYA and PRISCILLA WALTON are in a spot for
Paragon Vision Sciences. HEIDI JOY shot a commercial for a political campaign. FRED GERLE shot a video for University of Phoenix. HAYDEN DOMENICO shot a commercial for an attorney in NM. PHUONG NYUGEN KUBACKI was in a spot for Northwoods University.
Theatre: ASHLEY FAULKNER was cast as Izzy in "Rabbit Hole" at Theatre Artists Studio.
CARIN COUNIHAN was cast as Mrs. Michaelis/Dancer in "The Great Gatsby" at Stage Left Productions. SHELLY BOUCHER was cast in a Childsplay touring show. ISABELLA BARONE played Duffy in "Annie" at Dream City Church. FRED GERLE was cast in Titanic The Musical and Miracle on 34th Street at Arizona Broadway Theatre. SHELLY BOUCHER was cast as Peaches in "Red Velvet Cake War" at TheaterWorks. SAM ROBERTS is in "Cash on Delivery" at DMHS. ROBERT PETERS is in "The Bad Seed" at Desert Stages; DIANE SENFFNER directs. KIM LAVELLE is in "White Guy on the Bus" at iTheatre Collaborative. DOLORES D'AMORE GOLDSMITH stars in "Worthy Women Warriors" at Herberger Lunchtime Theatre Sept 17-27.
Congrats: MARIAN VALENTINO signed with Leighton Agency. NIKELLE LANDER and ISABELLA BARONE signed with Maddox Agency. ISABELLA BARONE won a National Youth Arts award as best leading actress in a junior musical for Alice/Alice in Wonderland. AriZONI noms are out and Verve is representing! DIANE SENFFNER, ERICA PARRISH, HOLLY CHAVET, and CHLOE ROZALSKY are nominated. Good luck!
