Director's Corner
Dear parents,
After a winter that still allowed Floridians to head to the beaches and pools, we are moving into spring. At the rate that time is flying by, before we know it the summer months will be here. We are almost into the middle of February and the children seem to have grown a foot over the holiday break, its so bittersweet to watch them grow right before our eyes. We are always so proud of every little accomplishment we see but at the same time we want to stop the clock and keep them little and with us forever. There are lots of fun and exciting things happening in the classrooms and around campus. We will be having a butter braid fundraiser this month, this is a yummy way to help us purchase technology and program enrichment items for the children. We are looking forward to our spring and VPK graduation pictures which are also happening in a few weeks. When school started in August we had several shy, tiny, adorable 4 year olds begin our VPK program and now 6 months later they are still adorable but they are big, confident, pre-kindergartners and we love it!!
All of us at FOC are so grateful for the blessings that each of you gives to us the by allowing us to be a part of your child's life. The hugs, smiles, and laughter the children bring with them everyday is what we love so much about our job and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Many Blessings,
Jill Hammond, CDC Director
