The Foodservice Apprenticeship Program is still very new, but we are already seeing apprentice graduates move into higher wage jobs. A few examples of these positions are a server at an Ethan Stowell eatery, a restaurant Sous Chef, and a Chef in Corporate Dining with Bon Appetit, among others. So far our small sampling of apprentice
graduates who have found new employment have
an average gain in wages of over 46%
- a great sign for future program success, as well as a testament to the graduates' own success and hard work!
