A Farewell to dive fish house f.k.a. dish restaurant

It is bittersweet news that Chris and I share today.  Saturday August 29, 2015 will be the last day of service for dive fish house/dish restaurant.  It is such an exciting time for us personally, and our other six businesses, but pulls our heart strings to close this amazing nine year chapter in our lives.
Dish restaurant and subsequently dive fish house has been a central gathering places for thousands of special dinners, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and fabulous dining experiences every night.  We have so many lifelong friendships and relationships that have started here and those are forever treasured.
We are evolving in a direction both in Colorado and Hawaii with our dreams and passions of what we hope to shift our lives into.  These endeavors are phenomenally exciting and will nurture our communities and selves. 
Chris and I have no intension or vision of closing or selling eat, drink, cut, tacorico, or eat + drink denver.  And we will keep making those delicious muse wines! As the saying goes "I wish there were two of me", well we wish there was 4 of each of us.  As many of you know we are not a brand, we are the CEO, CFO, marketing director, controller, HR specialist, wine director, buyer, and sometimes best dressed bus-person for six corporations.  In order to be fiscally viable and continue with our success we must do what is best for all the businesses and closing dive/dish will contribute to our overall time commitments and bottom line.
Dive/dish is currently for sale for an extremely reasonable price.  The price includes all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and a beautifully maintained space. The lease has been negotiated and is below market valued for the location. This is the perfect restaurant for an executive/sous chef to OWN their own concept. This week we hope you will join us Tuesday, the 25th through Saturday the 29th for a last supper, brussels sprouts, a greyhound, glass of champagne or just to say good bye to dive.
