Petaluma Bounty's  Program Director,  Suzi Grady, wins  Food & Farm Advocate of the Year Award!

Every year, the Farmer's Guild recognizes Californians contributing to " a stronger local food economy, promoting food justice and empowering a new generation of agrarians." 

This year Petaluma Bounty's own Suzi Grady was named the Food & Farm Advocate of the Year. We are so proud of her and all of our shared community accomplishments for a just food system that works for everyone. More from the Farmer's Guild : "While not directly in the field, this food advocate is working to support new farmers, raise awareness about sustainable agriculture and build food systems with equity and access."

Cesar Chavez Day of Service!
April 1st, 10am-2pm
 
This year, we are celebrating the legacy of Cesar Chavez by hosting a Day of Service at Bounty Community Farm. In honor of his pioneering work in farm worker's rights, we will spend the day caring for the land and growing food for our community.  We will also be finishing planting and celebrating our newly installed Unity Garden. We would love to see you there!
 
What? Cesar Chavez Day of Service
When? Saturday, April 1st, 10am-2pm
Where? Bounty Community Farm, 55 Shasta Avenue, Petaluma
Why? Cesar Chavez National Holiday is a day of remembrance and recognition of the work of Cesar Chavez for farm worker and worker rights, economic justice, civil rights, environmental justice, peace, non violence, and empowerment of the disenfranchised. Bounty Community Farm is now open two times a week for drop-in volunteering: Tuesday & Saturday, 10am-1pm. We can't wait to work alongside you!

Petaluma Bounty 7th Annual Plant Sale- Save the Date!


Come and join us at Bounty Community Farm (55 Shasta Ave.) on Sunday, April 23rd, from 10am-3pm. There will be thousands of annual vegetable, herb and flower starts. All plants grown using sustainable practices. Click here for more information.
