After School Programs
Calling all girls in middle and upper elementary school to a fun evening at the Costick Center! Wear your fanciest and favorite outfit and bring your mom, grandma, aunt, sister, and favorite girlfriend. We will have some light food, refreshments, and a fashion show sponsored by Farmington Hills Old Navy featuring the girls from Girl Power.
Please register either at the Costick Center or any of the After School Youth Centers.

Farmington Hills Golf Club:
Greek Islands Restaurant
 Each month, Special Services highlights a place, participant or program that showcases the community. This month, we shine a light on Greek Islands Restaurant located at the 
Farmington Hills Golf Club.
  
The Greek Islands Restaurant is located at 37777 W. Eleven Mile Court, just west of Halsted Road. Greek Islands is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you've just finished a round of golf or you're looking for good food in a comfortable setting, the Greek Islands Bar & Grill is a great place to have a relaxing meal with friends. 
  

Specialties include gyros, spinach pie, moussaka, and saganaki, as well as burgers, seafood, steaks, and a full breakfast menu (served anytime). Vegetarian selections, a kids' menu, and a full carry out menu are also available. Everything is homemade from scratch, including the soups and signature yogurt sauce. There are daily specials, an All-You-Can-Eat Fish Fry on Fridays, and live music most weekends.

 

With a country club atmosphere and golf d�cor, the Greek Islands is sure to please both golfers and community members. The Greek Islands Bar & Grill is open seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For more information, call (248) 957 - 6734.  

 

 Greek Islands Restaurant and the Farmington Hills Golf Club are open to the public. There is no membership required to golf

or eat at the restaurant.

This FREE health-inspired program is offered in partnership with Botsford Hospital. Health care professionals will be available for discussions, questions, blood pressure monitoring, and more! The walk begins at the Nature Center and continues on a variety of trails in Heritage Park. Walks are open to everyone
who wants to improve or maintain their health.

No Senior Left Inside
  Celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day in Hertage Park at the Nature Center and Spicer House. The morning will begin with a yoga stretch, mini health fair, and a presentation by the naturalist, followed by a healthy boxed lunch and musical entertainment. The afternoon will feature guided short and long hikes, a sampler Tai Chi class and a tour of the Nature Center.
Participants must pre-register by May 23.

Memorial Day Tribute

 If you would like to honor someone at the event, please stop in Conway Hall during the month of May and add a leaf to our "Memorial Tree." The names will be read during the Memorial Day Tribute on Wednesday, May 21 from 10:30 - 11:30 am. Refreshments will be provided after the tribute.

Art on the Grand brings a "grand" variety of 100 high-quality artists to lovely downtown Farmington. Come stroll through booths featuring an incredible selection of media, including painting, photography, glass, pottery, jewelry, leather, wood, fiber, and more!
