Special Services Spotlight
|
Each month, Special Services highlights a place, participant or program. This month, we're shining the light on:
Jerry and Jan Stribbell
Jerry, Jan and their family have attended Pizza Palooza for the last three years. It has become a family tradition! The Stribbells have lived in Farmington Hills since 1974, and look forward to this event every fall. We asked them a couple of questions:
Why do you think it's important for Special Services to provide opportunities like these for families and the community? Jerry: I just think it's a great family event where they can gather and enjoy each other. It also shows what Farmington Hills has to offer.
What has made you and your family come back to Pizza Palooza for the last three years?
Jerry: Well Jan and I have six children who are all married and 17 grandkids, so we bring different families with us each year and will continue to do so.
