Women Build 2017
Ladies of Charlotte County:  Please join us as we build another home for a qualified, local single mother.  The Build will begin in March with the goal of the homeowner closing her mortgage by Mother's Day.  We are thankful to have Harbor Nissan as the title sponsor of this year's Build.  If you are interested in learning more about how you can participate before the kick-off is announced, please contact Jan Nick at 639-3162 or by email at [email protected].  We know the Build will be a great way to meet new people, get some exercise and more fun than "cleaning your home". We look forward to seeing you at the Build site!
Lot/Property Donations
If you own a lot that you don't plan to develop, please consider donating it to our affiliate. Call 941-639-3162 and ask for Jan for more information.  With your help, we can continue making a difference in Charlotte County.

Homeowner Opportunities

Habitat for Humanity is a partnership where families are involved in all aspects of building their future. In addition to an escrow deposit, Habitat for Humanity partner families are required to invest 300 hours of "sweat equity".  Homeowner mortgage payments are paid into a revolving fund which helps support the construction of new homes.  Please  click here  to go to our website to view additional information.

We invite you to attend a Homeowner Information Meeting at our office, located at 1750 Manzana Avenue, PG. Upcoming monthly meeting dates are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on
March 14 and April 18.  Call 941-639-3162 to reserve a space.
