Participants will explore the power of learner-focused feedback to improve professional learning and practice. Multiple tools and templates, contextual examples, and interactive processes will engage learners as they balance provocative ideas with practical approaches to providing and using feedback.

Identify attributes of effective feedback in order to assess current feedback practices.
