Go Fishing!
Are you looking to add a little fun to your workouts? Try the FISH GAME on the Rowing machine. This 4-minute game will definitely increase your heart rate. On the rowing console, press MENU, FISH GAME, and begin rowing.  You are the fish on the bottom left. The goal is to eat as many light colored fish swimming toward you and not eaten by the sharks.  The faster you row, the higher your fish swims. A goal of 500 points is a great start.

A guide to resistance bands
Resistance bands are often color-coded to denote varying resistance levels. The resistance level is the amount of tension the band offers to the user during an exercise.  The four main categories of resistance found in resistance bands are light, medium, heavy, and extra-heavy. Users often graduate to a higher level of resistance as their muscle tone and overall body strength improves through regular workouts.
  • Light resistance (YELLOW) offer 3-6 lbs. of resistance
  • Medium resistance (GREEN) offer 8-10 lbs. of resistance
  • Heavy resistance (RED) offer 12+ lbs. of resistance
  • Extra-Heavy resistance (BLUE of BLACK) offer 18+ lbs. of resistance
* Colors of bands vary by companies.
