Letter from the President: As you know, 2018 marks the Centennial of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS ® ! They will be kicking off the celebration with a Gala dinner on Monday, March 12 at 6:00pm at the Greenbrier. This is a huge milestone and we should all be proud to be a part of it. I would like to personally encourage to attend this once in a lifetime event, and celebrate with your fellow REALTORS ®. Please contact Kristen for a registration form. The deadline to register is February 8.

Triple Crown and President's Cup Winners  For the year 2017, West Virginia was among 24 states who received the Triple Crown Award and among 16 states who received the President's Cup Award from NAR for RPAC donations ! Attention Brokers & Agents Kristen needs to be informed immediately of any changes in membership (inactive status, name change, address, phone number, email address or change to a different brokerage). There are steps we have to take in the National data base to keep membership data up to date for NAR, WVAR and Parkersburg Area Association of REALTORS. Brokers you also need to send a Change of Roster form to NORMLS, and Kristen will take care of Supra once she is informed of any changes. Agents if you have a change of home address or name change you need to contact the West Virginia Real Estate Commission.

The Open Enrollment period is between November 1st and December 15th, in order for coverage to begin January 1st of the following year, however, there are some circumstances which allow for a "Special Enrollment Period".
