Advance Care Planning
CQEC just hosted their second Respecting Choices Last Steps training on February 3. We had 15 people in attendance, with some from as far away as Orlando, Florida and Fairview Heights, Il. It was an exciting and productive day, and there are now 15 more people who know how to have thoughtful and intentional advance care planning conversations.

We've already heard from one of the Last Steps attendees, and here is an excerpt from the letter he sent:

"The workshops I attended both in September 2017 and February 8, 2018 was enlightening, inspirational and very engaging in that participants had 4 role plays, each having opportunity of offer both individual/group critique relative to our skill-sets as helping professionals."

There is a First Steps class coming up on February 23, and there may still be some spaces available, if you are interested in this training.
