, meeting new friends, visiting cadaver labs, and seeing health professions up close and personal can apply now for the Exploring Careers in Health Occupations (ECHO) summer program.

2015 Summer ECHO 101 Participants |
ECHO is a residential summer program for high school students that allows them to live on campus at Frostburg State University and/or Garrett College while exploring a wide variety of career options in the health professions. Students gain hands-on experiences in team building (think: white water rafting) while undergoing an action-packed week of health professions adventures.

Tour the top medical schools in Maryland and West Virginia. Visit health departments, hospitals, private physician practices. Experience the life of a surgeon via a surgical simulator; test your limits through a visit to the cadaver lab.
All while learning about life in a college dorm as well as about what you need to apply to college.
