WCAF and PPFA in Las Vegas

Kirstie and Jeff are currently attending the West Coast Art and Frame Show and the Professional Picture Framers Association's national convention in Las Vegas. They sent back photos of some unusual convention booths! "Manufacturers are grabbing our attention for new products every way they can. Here's the entrance to the Framerica booth, inviting us to take a closer look at the environmentally sustainable moulding in their new Reclaimed wood collection. We'll have samples to show you soon."
Kirstie will teach this year and both Kirstie and Jeff will take classes to further their framing knowledge. Jeff is looking forward to a class on the attachment of fragile art items as well as a business class. Kirstie will take design and installation classes. Kirstie says, "We believe in continuing education and we look forward to returning with lots of new products and ideas to help you create spectacular framing designs."

Good Luck To Jenette & Chloe

February will see some changes at the shop as Chloe leaves us to pursue her university career full time, and Jenette changes focus. Jenette and Sarah now own a new art delivery and installation business called "Leveled Art Services" You may see Jenette again when you need help with art installation. Jenette also hopes to eventually have her own gallery and art consulting firm. Chloe is studying in the Graphic Design Program at San Francisco City College and she is also a master designer for the college magazine.
We have a new framer starting this month and we will introduce her soon!
