KCFC to Host FREE Training for First Responders in Louisville, March 10 - 11 (REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

Kentucky Clean Fuels Coalition will host a FREE First Responder Safety Training for  Alternative  Fuel Vehicles in Louisville on March 10-11 at the Kentucky Derby Museum. This training, offered by the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium, is designed to "train the trainer" on how to safely deal with alternative fuel vehicles that have been involved in an accident. KCFC will send more information about this training as details develop.

The KCFC Spring Membership Meeting will be held March 17 at The Foundry at Glassworks. This meeting will include the presentation of the Green Fleets of the Bluegrass awards. Tesla Motors to Release New Model, Priced at $35,000 Before Incentives

Tesla Motors will begin taking pre-orders of the Model 3 in March 2016 with a list price of $35,000 before any federal or state tax incentives. These incentives include a base $7,500 federal tax credit available to anyone. Some states, including neighboring Tennessee, offer additional state tax credits to incentivize purchase of electric vehicles. To learn more about the Model 3, click HERE
