A Message from Brianna
February is a month known for love. You’ll begin to see hearts everywhere, but there’s nowhere you’ll see bigger hearts than at Harmony Hospice. Our love is a force of nature.
It takes a very special person to care for others with compassion, during a time when patients and their family members are most vulnerable. Harmony nurses, aides, social workers, spiritual counselors, and volunteers provide specialized care. They understand a smile may be the most comforting interaction for their patients on some days.
Our work is always meaningful and fulfilling; each and every day, we make a difference. We know how precious time is and ensure our patients are treated with dignity and respect. Love grows through actions, empathy, compassion, happiness, sorrow, and memories.
We perform our jobs out of love, caring for people in challenging times, because we want our patients to feel special and to receive the highest quality care. These are actions of love.
