Patrons can feast on an all-you-can-eat jambalaya for $5 and will also have a full New Orleans style Mardi Gras menu to chose from including beignets, gumbo shrimp, po'boys, alligator sausage and "Lucky Dogs." 

Staff will be fully decked out in Mardi Gras garb with beads to hand out to customers, and traditional New Orleans Zydeco music will blasting from the jukebox throughout the entire day as well!
