MOTHER- DAUGHTER CRUISE
My daughter, Bayley, and I just completed an 8-day Eastern Caribbean cruise and we had so much fun enjoying the ship's atmosphere while playing bingo, the many trivia challenges, super fun deck parties, air hockey in the arcade, wining some cash in the casino, killing some karaoke, or just relaxing and watching the seaside theater or the waves.
The food is delicious and we love it when our waiter always brings us hot chocolate at the end of our meals without asking! Bayley is my favorite cruise buddy is always up for fun as we snorkeled, got kissed by a stingray, toured the islands on an open trolley, watched the planes land at Maho Beach in St. Maarten, enjoyed tasty local meals, and did lots of shopping!
My heart is full when I remember the amazing mother-daughter talks we had while swimming in beautiful, crystal clear Caribbean waters! Cruising has brought us unforgettable memories that we will cherish always!

The Gaynor Sisters Experience
a Transatlantic Cruise
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Princess transatlantic cruise. The weather was unseasonably good in every port, including Copenhagen, Norway, Scotland and Ireland.
We were a bit nervous about rocky seas on the transatlantic crossing, but any worrying was needless. The Captain made a slight turn to the south to evade a brewing storm and the water was like glass the entire crossing.
Your thoughtful gifts were a great surprise! We loved the wine and the sweet delights that were delivered to our room. Thank you very much for that VIP treatment!

Friends Share Weekend Cruise
on the Carnival Paradise
A group of 12 friends decided to share a weekend cruise, to help brighten the spirits of one friend, as she approached the Christmas Holidays. These collective friendships spanned across the years from 3 - days to 60+ years and lots of fun was had by all.
Carnival Paradise was the selected cruise ship and it served its purpose well. The ladies enjoyed a plethora of things to do from massage therapy, to quiet time when needed, dancing and great eating on the Lido Deck, breakfast in bed (so to speak) great shows and wonderful dining times in the Dining Room in the evenings.
The dining experience was highlighted as all 12 friends were seated together at a humongous round table, right at the front of the Dining Room. But of course we were the liveliest table there and the center of "positive" attention. One of the friends met her match with the Head Waiter as they sang and serenaded each other every night; as both were blessed with awesome voices.
From the car-pooling down to the Pier in Tampa, slumber party the night before sailing and laughs all the way back home, fun was had by all! Thanks to Chynell for making this an easy access trip. We've all promised to share more fun times on the "Fun Ships" in the days to come!

ON A THREE GENERATION VISIT TO DISNEY wORLD
Disney is truly the most magical place on earth. In December, my son returned to Disney after 16 years as a daddy. I was blessed to be able to experience my favorite place through the eyes of my grandchildren.
My sister who came along and my son are December babies, so they were treated to many birthday wishes as well as free fast passes, free backpack, free cake. It was super amazing.
We were rewarded with fast passes due to extra-long wait at check in. We used those on the new Frozen attraction. This was especially rewarding as there were no Frozen fast passes available the entire week of our stay.
Disney truly goes the extra mile for guests! From the parades to the characters Disney is amazing to experience this time of year!

The word "Luxury" can mean many things to many people and it's no different when it comes to hotels and resorts. When you hear the word luxury, you may think high-brow or stuffy. Maybe pampered or even spoiled. Or you may think of luxury as being able to do what you want to without the normal impediments such as waiting in line.
Carol and I spent the last few days as invited guests at a resort that I think brings all the best features of luxury together in a very relaxed and friendly way-I'll call it "Bare-foot Luxury".
