As we enter the rainy season, we recognize that an increase in building failures, along with a barrage of phone calls and emails reporting leaks and water-related damage at managers' properties may occur.
For this reason, our firm developed what we call our
Asset Protection Program for Associations
. This program involves a review of an Association’s governing documents, a full inspection of their property to ascertain the extent of water intrusion and other damage, and a presentation of these findings to the board.
We perform this program at no cost to the Association.
Should you want to enroll in this program, all you need to do is get in touch with our firm. We strongly advise all of our community manager colleagues who manage buildings built after 2007 to encourage their boards to enroll in this program.
