Interesting Changes for Teenagers in Iceland
Iceland has made some major changes in regard to their teenage population. They
have a national curfew that prohibits teenagers from 13 to 16 from being outside after 10pm in winter and midnight in summer. They also developed a "leisure card" program that helps families with the cost of recreation centers for young people. And guess what happened to alcohol, pot and cigarette use? It went down.

Find your Local Area Agency on Aging
For older adults, your local Area Agency on Aging can be a referral source for food resources and other services that help seniors. Call the Eldercare Locator at 1-800-677-1116, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 8PM eastern time. You will be connected to a professional that will help you find your local agency. The Eldercare.gov website has a searchable database that lists information about different types of senior resources and also lists some local resources by state.
