In an effort to promote financial stability and asset building in our community, the Kenosha VITA Coalition (United Way of Kenosha County, the Kenosha County Job Center and Carthage College), together with IRS-certified volunteers, are providing free income tax preparation assistance to low-to-moderate income families.
