7 Train Challenge

For $2.25, the MTA will get you anywhere in the city. With convenience like that, why not use the power of transportation for good? Hop on the 7 train and get on board with volunteering in a neighborhood of Queens you may have never visited. You can take our 7 Train Express or Local Challenge - either way you'll be bringing much needed services to the area. Residents of Queens need you, sign up today.

7 Train Challenge

Want to get started on the 7 train challenge? Break out your Metrocard and strike a pose at a yoga class at HS 264 Q. Or curl up with a book on a Play and Read program at PS 92 Q, and read with fifth graders. Share your chess skills and teach the game to kids at Woodside Public Library. All these programs need is you.

. AmeriCorps VISTA

Our new School Success Initiative has created deeper partnerships with four public schools in low-income neighborhoods. Our AmeriCorps members have been working with school staff, parents, and the community to create volunteer programs that match each school's specific needs. Sign up for a project today.
