ANNOUNCEMENTS
CLASS CANCELLATION:
Judy's kids and teens classes on
Monday October 9 in Ramsey are cancelled for the Columbus Day Holiday. The program will be extended one extra week. All other classes are as scheduled.
RAMSEY SCHEDULE CHANGES: Effective Immediately

MONDAY 7:45-8:45 PM Guided Meditation with Kenny is now a Movement & Meditation.

TUESDAY 6:00-7:15 PM Basic (Level 1) with Jennifer is start 15 minutes later, new time is 6:15-7:30.

TUESDAY 7:35-8:35 PM Basic (Level 1) with Jennifer has been cancelled.
