The Festival of the Arts is a community-wide event that has inspired student and community education and participation in the arts for more than 20 years.  The three day event is produced annually by the Farmington Hills Special Services Department / Cultural Arts Division, Farmington Community Arts Council, Farmington Public Schools and the Farmington Area Arts Commission.
