We met at Borough Hall
to discuss the Developers Proposal.
It was revealed that the Developer plans to have basketball courts, a swimming pool and space for other community activities.
There will be office spaces for community based programs!
These are victories for the community!!!!!
It was also disclosed that 25 to 30 units of the
Armory itself will be sold!
The building proposed will be 13 stories high
and no union members
will be used to build it.
