Greetings!
Lately we're attending an inspiring amount of yoga festivals, with a few more to come. One thing all the festivals have in common is this: Fun. Yoga can be serious, meditative, quiet and healing. But at its core, and 8th limb Samadhi, yoga is about joyful release. This issue, in the spirit of fun and joy, we invite you to bring play into your life--however it looks to you--and find your yoga there.
Plus: Check out new videos from Sara Ivanhoe, Kia Miller, Sheri Celentano, and Sura.

Its powerful muscles are in constant rhythmic motion. We all know that without this pump (or something to pump for it), we cease to live. Read more...
